We provide private in-home support services for individuals in need of assistance with their activities of daily living, special care needs, autism care, respite, mental health, skilled nursing and instrumental activities of daily living. We create a unique manner of care by offering innovative care following the best practices that exceed minimum requirements and regulations. Our delivery of care administration of our program to our clients, nurses and caregivers will be to have them respected and appreciated, just like family. We provide personal care for the clients as needed: - Skilled nursing care - Wound care - IV, G-Tube, Airway etc - Medication administration and reminder - Special needs care (autism, disability, mental health) - Bathing and grooming, - Oral hygiene, - Shaving and hair care, - Toileting (bedpan, urinal and commode), - Ambulating and wheelchair assistance, - Transfer between bed and chair, - Respite care - Dementia/Alzheimer - Repositioning bed-bound patients to help prevent bed sores and skin breakdown, - Assistance with active range-of-motion activities as needed, and - All tasks of companionship as appropriate and needed (based on physician orders and age group).
