I am Grecia Rodriguez, owner and provider of Over The Rainbow home daycare.OTR is a state licensed home daycare located in the Norwood/Jefferson Park neighborhood of Chicago. My goal is to provide a fun and safe learning environment.

All members of our staff have passed a Federal Fingerprint and Criminal History Background check, and are CPR/First Aid certified. Our staff is dedicated to creating a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere for the children in our care.
