Susan really knows pooches and makes them sit up and take notice! Her business practices are lamentable, however. She has a pattern of bad communication, cancelling classes without notice & failing to provide makeup lessons in a timely fashion. The Intermediate class last year stopped short by one week (bad weather, not bad planning) & we were told makeup would be in the spring. I never received a call, and when I finally reached Susan it was too late for me to enter the appropriate class before this fall. A year plus is too long to wait between lessons -- useless.
I asked to trade a grooming for the missing lesson. Susan responded, "I've made a class available to you."
In short, she is unaccommodating and uncommunicative. No way to conduct a business.
