Orange Hunt Daycare

My name is Asma. My home daycare is licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia. I currently have 2 openings. Some of the currently enrolled families are FCPS teachers so I also follow the FCPS schedule. I worked at the KinderCare center in Burke from 2008 until 2011. Since 2011, I have had my own home daycare. I have a Bachelor's degree in Education, and over 20 years of experience with children. I am CPR and First Aid Certified. I've worked with kids of all ages, ranging from infants to school age. My daycare is located in Springfield, Virginia near Pohick Regional Library, a very nice and clean area. The house is very clean, and is pet/smoke free. I have a Family Day Home license from the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Social Services. The daycare has many features that help the child not only have fun, but also learn. The daycare runs under a very organized schedule in which kids will get a chance to play, eat (healthy/organic food), build skills, choose which activities they want to do, and also go out and play in a clean garden. Activities include: learning (Math, Reading, and Writing), drawing, and dancing. I follow the FCPS curriculum. Open from 6 A.M. to 5 P.M. 5 days a week. Kids' ages can range from 1 to 5 years. There is no registration fee and excellent references are available upon request.
