Oops A Daisy Day Care

I am a 41 year old mother to my almost 3 year old little girl. I offer daycare services in my home and I have two openings that have just come up. I can do full time or part time. I can get kids on and off the buses during the school year.

I am a former foster parent and I passed all BCI and FBI background checks along with their psychiatric evaluation. I have taken care of all age groups of children and I enjoy what I do. It allows me to stay at home with my daughter and I love that she has little people around her as she grows up.

When I decided to do daycare I wanted to offer parents as much trust as I possibly could. I also wanted honesty, compassion, kindness, love, fun, and equality. After all they are leaving their precious gifts in my home. I wanted an environment that allowed kids to have the love, kindness, caring and compassion that they would receive at home.

September 8th, I am starting my preschool curriculum. It will be 3 days a week from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m., all part of the daycare cost, nothing extra. It will include shape and color recognition, learning the alphabet, counting, learning to write their name (eventually) and so on. We always read, we are big book readers in this home and the kids love it. We do all kinds of silly activities too, we do "gym" classes, they love to act silly and do their jumping jacks, we do arts and crafts, play-doh, painting, outside play when the weather is right. The kids have a 20x18 play room (inside) with all the toys you can think of. Yes, we watch TV and movies too. Kids are kids in my daycare.

I charge $25 a day for one child then $13 for any siblings a day and so on. You would provide breakfast, lunch, juice, diapers and wipes. I provide all snacks.
