Once Upon A Childhood

Our program engages young children in all areas of development in a play-based and education-oriented program of learning. We focus on cognitive, social-emotional, creative, and physical development areas with individualized goals for your child. We feature adventures in early learning education through customized Learning Centers, including: Math, Nature, Home Concepts Music, Dramatic Play, Reading, Science, Geography, Sensory Play, Art, Storytelling, and Writing.
Our Values: We support family values by creating a balance between family life and the social connectedness of group involvement with peers in a lively, fun-filled preschool program designed to ready your child for integration into the more complex world of his/her school career.
We offer our families support services and opportunities for involvement through activities and special projects such as: Parents Night Out, Dad's Day, Pot Lucks,
Topic Classes and Bring Your Parents to Lunch.
Our Mission: Children Are Active Learners. They learn best by doing and should not be expected to learn by sitting and listening, but rather by being directly involved and by "doing it myself." It is therefore our intent to promote your child's learning by presenting an active environment where direct, hands-on experiences are encouraged in a play-based, teacher-interactive program.
