I am not one to leave negative reviews but I feel very strongly that the owner Kim needs to make major changes to how she operates her business and others need to know my situation.

I hired Kim to pet sit for my 3 dogs and one cat (we have 4 dogs but the 4th was going to be kenneled at the vet due to medical issues) while my husband and I were going out of town to Atlanta. She was scheduled to come for her first visit Thursday night. Wednesday morning as I was about to take my son to daycare Kim showed up to my door with a small dog in her arms. My son opened the door for her and all 4 of my dogs ran out. Kim just watched them run off and said "I am here to take them to daycare". We only hired Kim to pet sit, not take any of our dogs to daycare. At this point I ran after my dogs trying to get them to come back and came back to the house because my son was crying. Kim had walked back to her car and was pulling out of my driveway when I flagged her down. I asked if she knew when she was supposed to be coming for her visits and she said yes. She then left. I proceeded to try to find my dogs for the next 4 hours but then had to get to work. My husband came home to continue the search. 3 of my dogs have returned home but Loki, the one with medical issues, has not. Throughout the day I texted and emailed Kim. Not once did she reach out to me, her texts and emails were in response to my communication.

I recognize that Kim had the wrong house Wednesday morning and am not faulting her for that. However, it takes Kim about 45 minutes to get to my house from hers so unless the client she was supposed to visit that morning also lives in my area I am having a hard time seeing how this mistake happened. But at the end of the day, people make mistakes. But where I take serious issue is with how the situation has been handled. I feel completely violated that she created a situation and LEFT ME to deal with it on my own. She only offered to help 6 hours after my dogs had run off. She did not and has not checked in to see if Loki has come home except once in response to one of my texts. I own and operate a professional service business and have done so for over 10 years. This level of customer service is simply abysmal and outrageous. The lack of empathy, compassion and action shown by Kim is utterly astounding.
While I am sure Kim operates a fine business if I were a pet owner I would seriously think twice about hiring Kim and On the Go due to her lack of emotion and decision making in an emergency that she created.

Kim with On the Go Concierge is wonderful!! She is great with our fur baMmiissybies and has been an incredible help with running errands when holidays and birthdays become overwhelming!! I don't know what we would do with out her services!!
