Would not recommend. I write this as a warning to those looking to this agency, because someone needs to be an advocate for those who are susceptible to falling for things like this (patient or nurse). Home health is generally a difficult part of healthcare, as there is always a shortage of nurses, poor benefits, and sometimes even lower pay. Be that as it may, I have personally heard reports from multiple former employees (one of which is a friend helping me look for home health jobs, who is not comfortable going public with this matter) in regards to this particular agency of multiple bounced checks with no given reasons as to why (no direct deposit and the agency rarely covered the charge back fee), disorganized management, inability to staff/cover patient shifts (at least marginally) for months at a time (a few of the GOOGLE reviews scream about that), lack of up-to-date POC/MAR in the home, and poor communication. To be fair, I have heard from my friend that the scheduler is actually really good - so perhaps at least one person is doing their job, and doing it well. INDEED reviews definitely correlate with what I had heard. The bouncing checks and uncovered patient shifts though...that's mind boggling and very questionable. As with all agencies/companies out there, do your research thoroughly, and be sure to ask every single little question before you sign up for anything.
