Welcome to your new Home away from home We welcome residents to our adult foster care home in West Bloomfield, MI. Our brick colonial home is located on a beautiful hilltop setting in the popular Shenandoah lake in the woods near Golf Course. Our passion is to create a lifestyle where your happiness and well-being are the centers of everything we do. We treat our residents as our family. At the same time, we understand that no two people are the same. This is the reason why we provide lifestyle options that meet you and your loved one's unique preferences, to help you feel right at home in a safe environment that will allow them to enjoy nature during the most crucial time of their lives.
We support our client's privacy, well-being, and dignity while we supervise them and/ or assist every one of them per their particular needs. This helps them feel free while we care for them without giving them the feeling they have to depend on others. Nothing But Us Care provides:
Three meals daily and Snacks medication reminders Safety and security
Personal Care/Assistance with Daily Activities Housekeeping and Laundry Services Social Activity, Entertainment, and Wellness Transportation
Assistance with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and eating
Greater privacy and a home-like setting Transferring the client - This refers to transferring the client from chairs, from the toilet, from
bed, and to and from a vehicle if needed. Monitor and report any concerning changes in residents' behavior or condition Provide compassionate yet professional companionship and conversation.
