Norwill Hcs, LLC also serves client transitioning back home from or (should the need arise), staying in an assisted living setting from hospital, nursing homeor rehabilitation facility. Our professional and dependable home health aides and caregivers are available for you or your loved one as long a necessary, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Our caregivers are screened both upon hire and monthly. Also we are committed to continuing the education and training of our employees by hiring trained and trainable members, starting with competency tests and offering training on a monthly bases. Norwill Hcs, LLC offers ease to those we care for and their families by offering programs and services like our free in Home Safety Assessment, with this tool someone from our agency will come do look around and document any unsafe issues in the home, and we will make available to the family the report and recommendations along with referrals to fix any issues. We also offer complete transparency to our process and confidentiality to any one we care for. One way we do this is by allowing for the patient or their family to have access to what is going on with there care by inviting them to "The Family Room". Through this private, secure portal one could log in and see just how the care is going by viewing the care plan/daily logs, the med list and comments of the home health aide.
