"Norum Hall" is a classical, creative, and Christian preparatory program for children who will be entering Kindergarten, and the courses are taught by Mrs. Tracy Norum, an experienced certified teacher who is passionate about teaching children. The sessions are two days per week, and include the acclaimed Riggs phonics and handwriting program and the Core Knowledge curriculum. Taught by an experienced certified and classically trained teacher, the lessons are full of rich classical literature and well-known poetry, music and art. Children will also be exposed to all of the basics including number recognition, colors, and language development in a Christian environment where they will learn how much God loves them. Mrs. Norum was trained by the staff of the Riggs Institute, and learned to teach classically by professors at Hillsdale College. She is an honors graduate from Texas A & M University Corpus Christi, and member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She was also listed on the National Dean's List and received the "Hall of Fame" award for excellence. She has taken supplemental graduate level coursework from Walden University.
