Principle Function:
Provides for the safety, care, and nurture of children ages 0-3 during worship services and church-sponsored events. Works under the direction of the Associate Pastor and the Staff Relations Committee.
Time Commitment:
Sundays: 8:15 a.m. -12:15 p.m. (during school year); 9:45 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. (during summer)
Wednesdays: 6:15 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. (during school year)
Special services during Holy Week (Maundy Thursday, Good Friday) Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, etc.
Special programs: Presbyterian Women's luncheons (spring and Christmas), special Saturday choir rehearsals, etc.
Remuneration:
$10 per hour
General Qualifications:
* Good moral and Christian character.
* Maintains current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR training for infants and
children.
* Ability to sit on the floor, change diapers, and care for the various needs of children ages 0-3 years.
* Willingness to obtain and submit Act 33 and 34 clearances.
