I have brought my dogs there for years! Great place - really personable and caring!

AWFUL!!! Will never take my dogs there again. Supposedly open from 8-9 Sunday morning. Waited until 8:25 for someone to get there. While waiting, my dogs can see me and are whining and howling but I can't get to them. Then they come out smelling horrible. Had to bathe them immediately and now get the inside of my car cleaned. If my regular kennel is ever booked again, I will cancel my travel before I bring them here again!!
