Ozell is going on his 14th year of entrepreneurial self-employment. Jennifer has been a practicing nurse for over 15 years, nearly 3 of which have been spent in the field of in-home care. Together with her experience in nursing and the experience Ozell has attained in business, the family company Northern Hopes has become an exciting reality. This is a venture embarked upon by a family, for other families. Through Northern Hopes, the H. Family are committed to "helping others help themselves by providing loving in-home care."
