Our Mission: North Shore Compassionate Care will provide quality home care services for our clients. In this spirit, we have created and maintained a strong caring organization. As a home care agency we closely monitor our employees and provide our patients with continuity of care according to their changing needs. At NSCC, we believe we have an obligation to the community as a provider of quality services. We assist our clients in maintaining dignity, comfort and peace of mind with the freedom and safety ofstaying at home where life is best. Our caregivers will provide a wide array of services including: -Assistance with bathing, dressing & toileting -Assistance with all personal hygiene -Assistance with ambulation and transfers if needed -Medication reminders -Meal preparation and help with feeding -Light housekeeping and laundry -Driving and/or accompanying client to appointments or social events -Shopping, errands -Providing respite for family caregivers -Helping with correspondence to family and friends -Providing socialization, friendship and support for client -Going on walks and encouraging and participating in stimulating activities North Shore Compassionate Care caregivers are all bonded, insured and covered for workers compensation while in the home. We also set up an individualized care plan and supervise the caregiver. Every client has access to our "Family Room" application to view real time updates and completion of care plan tasks. Additionally we can provide relief services for when your regular caregiver wants a break.
