North Carolina Outreach Group Homes, LLC was founded in 1976 under the name Nebo Group Home. We provide residential and personal care services for adult males with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We have a six bed home, a nine bed home, and an alternative living family home. We have residents who have resided with us since the opening in 1976. We are here to recruit openings for families and individuals seeking services, as well as, to recruit full time, part time, respite, and housekeeping staff.

All of our homes are state licensed through the NC Department of Health Service Regulations. The homes are inspected annually by the NCDHSR without notice and are regulated under the 10A NCAC 27 G , as well as, GS 122C.
We strive to go above and beyond to maintain a clean, safe, homelike environment.
We provide awake staff for the residents which require such and go on two vacations yearly of resident choice.
We provide all training for required state certifications for our employees and have an on staff RN and Qualified Professional for employee support.
Owners Gregg and Betsy Burleson are actively involved in all aspects of the operation.
