Since 2001 Norcal Senior Advantage has provided quality and affordable In-Home care services to seniors and adults with disabilities in the greater Sacramento Valley region. We extend our non-medical home care services to people limited by Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's, stroke and also those recovering from surgery. We are dedicated to helping the people we serve stay active, independent and safe in their own homes with the best care possible. We work closely with family and their Professionalhealth team to achieve the goals intended for the person we serve as the care plan demands. We respect personal boundaries while giving personal attention and adjust to each need as the level of care changes for the comfort of each individual cared for. <br/>We provide personalized care no matter where you are, be it at home, hospitals, nursing homes or assisted living facilities <br/> <br/>OUR SERVICES <br/>We complete a whole-person assessment to explore the needs, interests and concerns of the individual served. This assessment is used to create a comprehensive plan of care for requested services, individual preferences, schedules and resources. <br/> <br/>Our Non-medical services are unique to every individual and include but are not limited to: <br/>Hourly care from 4-24 hours <br/>Live-in care ranging from 1-7 days a week year round <br/>Companionship to family gatherings, dining out. Social events, etc. <br/>Encouraging activities of interest i.e. arts/crafts, games, movies, public holiday events etc. <br/>Meal preparation including special diets <br/>Light housekeeping: laundry, change of linens, home safety monitoring, dusting, ironing, etc <br/>Assistance with mobility by encouraging use of safe assistive technology support such as walkers, canes, wheel chairs, hoyer lifts etc. <br/>Transportation to doctors appointments & pick up prescriptions, administer medications according to doctor's orders and or reminders <br/>Personal care including incontinence care <br/>Assistance with transferring and positioning. <br/>Errands and shopping i.e. bill payment etc. <br/>Respite care <br/> <br/>OUR STAFF <br/>We have over 12 years experience in the in home care administration for the elderly and adults with disabilities.
