Brianna is unprofessional and untrustworthy. First I have had appointments scheduled with her to clean my elderly fathers housr and and she was a no show and a no call. Who does that? I had to call her and ask if she coming 20 minutes after her scheduled time. Secondly my elderly father out of the kindness of his heart loaned her a very expensive book and now she won't return it to us. She won't take my phone calls and she won't respond to my text.Very upsetting to me and my father since we really liked her and thought we could trust her. Just goes to show once again you can't trust anyone.
