My elder-cat and I are new to the City. My son was graduating from FSU, necessitating a four-day trip back to Florida and I was nervous because, being new to the City, I have no one I can call on to come care for her in my absence. I chose Nola's Finest Pets because they are licensed, bonded and insured - this gave me some initial peace of mind about letting someone I don't know into my home. After meeting Twila and Chris at my house for the interview process, I felt confident that I had made a good choice and that my cat would be well-cared for while I was gone. Twila and Chris took the time to learn about my cat's habits so that they could keep her usual schedule as much as possible. They came by twice a day to feed her, clean her box and give her some love. They texted me each day to let me know they had been here and also sent me pictures of her so I knew that all was well. They turned lights on and off and opened/closed blinds at each visit to make sure that my house did not look empty. When I arrived at home last night, my cat was was so much happier than if I had boarded her somewhere. She had plenty of food, clean water and a fresh box! Because Twila and Chris took time to pet her on each visit, she was not needy and upset as she would have been if I had left her alone for three days. They left a written report on how things went - the communication with Twila and Chris is excellent and put my mind totally at ease that I had made the right choice with Nola's Finest Pet Care. The cost for this service is entirely fair and reasonable, Twila and Chris are totally trust-worthy and I now have them on my quick-dial list as I will call on them to care for my cat many times in the future.
