Nina is incredibly professional, and excellent at what she does. She's reliable and on point. We had a really hard time finding someone that fit our family's needs. She took the hard work out of that. She interviews, and screens, and checks references, and does ALL the work that goes on behind the scenes of hiring a nanny, so you don't have to. Then she interviews your family to figure out exactly what kind of a person you need, and literally does the matchmaking. She found the most AMAZING nanny for our family and I am over the moon for the person she brought us.

"Prior to hiring Nina, I had two bad experiences with Nannies that I had interviewed extensively and I was really stressed about getting someone I trusted for my kids. I was also looking for a unique arrangement, part-time with some flexibility for my two kids 4 and 1. Nina took the time to not only talk to me but really understand what my family needed in a caregiver and was very professional throughout the whole process as she found the right fit for our family and someone I could work well with. The whole time I felt informed, heard and we've been very happy with our Nanny, my kids love her and she clearly loves them which is important to me.
