Hi! I am a NC licensed Birth-Kindergarten Educator (CPR & First Aid certified) who moved to Virginia Beach over the summer and am looking to help the right family/families with childcare for their young child(ren). I have a 15 month old son and three years experience teaching children ages 4-5. I also have a background with infants as a care provider part-time for my church's nursery in NC. I am fun, outgoing, active and LOVE to teach so your child would never be bored or at an educational disadvantage being in my home. We live in a child-proofed home in a family-friendly neighborhood with a park. We have a VERY friendly and CLEAN dog named Shelby who stays indoors but can be let out if you are not comfortable with your child being around animals. I am available from 7 a.m.-4 p.m. or as needed for drop in. Obviously, the more consistent a schedule, the better but I understand the need to be flexible and so I am willing to work within reasonable hours.
