My name is Nicole (Miss Nicole). I have 3 wonderful children of my own. I love my profession, there is no greater feeling than knowing that you helped in the learning and growth of children. It is rewarding in so many ways. I'm grateful for the opportunity to have one of the most important jobs out there. I would be honored to be a nanny for your family in your home or mine.

What I enjoy most is seeing the expression of a child who has just discovered something new and wonderful for the first time and when they are able to perform a new skill without assistance for the first time.

I have been caring for children the majority of my life in one fashion or another, from the young age of 14 to now, caring for family members, neighbors children and children in the community. I strive to improve the quality of care I provide to my clients as a Professional Childcare Provider by staying informed on the new childcare laws and mandates, new learning methods and activities.

There are so many great options for your children. What makes my in home care different, is that I like to keep the ratio of children low. I'm not wanting to jeopardize any child for competing with a caregivers time or making the child feel like their voice is not being heard. Each child has the right to express their own individual beings.

Your child will have the option to nap on their own schedule in their own room. We take trips to the park,explore the area around us. We like to get involved in the outdoors and we also like to have time to play inside and meet friends.

I like to keep the feeling in our home very relaxed. All meals are homemade unless you prefer to provide meals yourself. I set up monthly calendars along with monthly activities.
