After going back and forth with trying to get speech therapy set up for my son after 4 calls and no appt set I gave up

I was extremely disappointed with this company who lied and was not helpful at all. My son needs serious help and has very special needs. They came to my child's school showed him some pictures and because he gave some correct answers they declared him as not needing help. After many many months of waiting for an Occupational Therapist at another company, they actually did their job an approved him for an hour every week. The head person in charge said she was going to help us, she lied and never called me back after calling her three times. I feel they are just an easy way for the social security administration to deny disability claims. Shame on this company!!!!
