About the business
I am a motivational psychologists and have provided tutoring, coaching, mentoring, team communication, life skills, conflict resolution, technology and leadership development training to children, youth and families since 1990.
In 2001, I incorporated and licensed my own nonprofit business venture creating, managing and evaluating youth programs and family support services for local nonprofits and government agencies. Working closely with community, government, education and juvenile justice leaders, school staff, nonprofit agencies, and individual, corporate and foundation donors, I combined applied psychology with lessons learned in grant making and proven best practices from the field to demonstrate inspirational programmatic success and individual and community impacts that directly increased the academic achievement, college readiness and quality of life opportunities while reducing the drop-out, discipline, teen prostitution, and juvenile justice involvement rates of hundreds of children and teenagers.
I work with individuals, families, youth groups, community organizations, schools and school districts, governments, donors and philanthropies.
