Next Avenue Wellness

My company is focused on the health and wellness of our senior population. I started my company, Next Avenue Wellness LLC, to help encourage seniors to stay physically active in order to maintain their independence, encourage emotional wellness and to continue or begin again a high functioning life. For the best health and wellness potential, I create a workout plan and deliver this plan usually 1:1. This is typically done by me explaining and showing the movements and then proceed with my client performing that particular movement. When there is progression there are additions to each workout. This program specifies working on functionality of the body, which helps with the activities of daily living from lifting grandchildren, climbing stairs, putting away groceries, uneven ground walking etc. As you can see these elements are imperative for a specialized workout for our senior population. I have also added to my list of services: care, errand running, doctor appointment driver and advocate, planning and creation of meals. If there is anything you or your loved one may need, just ask.
