Allwel is a Licensed Home Care Services Agency serving the Western NY and New York City regions. We have over 14 years' experience providing care services to individuals in their homes. Allwel provides personal care, nurse, and medical social work services that keep those impacted by Alzheimer s, dementia, TBI, as well as chronic illness or other special needs active and thriving in our communities.
Allwel also provides home care and other specialty services under two NYS Medicaid Waiver programs: theTraumatic Brain Injury Waiver, and the Nursing Home Transition & Diversion Waiver. Both these Waivers are designed to provide alternatives to care at a nursing home, allowing families to stay together in the community. <br/><br/>Allwel is also contracted to provide vocational counseling and assistance under the VetSuccess Program. If you are a veteran who has a VA disability rating and an employment handicap, you may be entitled to vocational rehabilitation & employment services under Chapter 31 of the GI Bill.
