NBC Care is a Child Care Agency dedicated to connecting Families with the best Nannys and Babysitters in your area.
The benefit of going through an agency compared to hiring 1 individual care provider is the convenience.
As we know, the unexpected is never expected. Your Nanny may be sick, or unable to come in due to an emergency. Usually it would be your responsibility to figure out the next step to obtain care for your child/family. With NBC Care, you can expect another care provider to come in and cover that inconvenience for you at no extra charge. This includes personal leave days scheduled in advance as well.
NBC Care provides Nannys and Babysitters who are individually screened and background checked. They are certified in MAT, CPR and First Aid , and have previous childcare experience. They are given monthly trainings and evaluations and all have reliable transportation.
There is a set tuition that the families provide to the agency and we pay our care providers so you don t have to.
You can expect friendly and enthusiastic workers who your children will love. During our trainings, we also brainstorm craft and game ideas for them to do with your family.
