Naya employs its own nannies; therefore, Naya reviews resumes, conducts interviews and background checks, sets schedules, andpays wages and taxes. Families are able to tell Naya exactly what they are looking for in a nanny and within 24 hours Naya will provide the family with a team of three to five nannies that it believes will suit their needs. Upon approval, the family has its own team of nannies at its disposal, thus reducing high turnover.
