Naya

Naya is an exclusive childcare service available to families and corporations who have completed a short application process. Naya employs its own nannies; therefore, Naya reviews resumes, conducts interviews and background checks, sets schedules, and pays wages and taxes. Families are able to tell Naya exactly what they are looking for in a nanny and within 24 hours Naya will provide the family with a team of three to five nannies that it believes will suit their needs. Upon approval, the family has its own team of nannies at its disposal, thus reducing high turnover. If a team member decides to leave, Naya will replace that member with another of its employed nannies.
