I currently have two openings in my small home based learning center. I have been working with children for over 15 years in a licensed child care center as well as a being a nanny. I am now a stay at home mom of two (ages 2.5 and 1) looking to share my love of teaching with other families as well as my own. I am experienced teaching all age groups. The children in my care are called creative explorers because we all ways investigating!! I foster imaginative play and learning and love arts and crafts. My children have a large library of books to share. Reading is a priority in my home. We do not have cable so TV time doesn't exsist in this learning environment. I have 24 ECE credits, CDA, CPR and First Aid and water safety. I attend workshops and trainings on a regular basis. My goal is to make children feel at home while away from their parents in a nurturing loving environment. Please contact me for more information.
