We accept applications from only the best qualified and most experienced nanny candidates seeking employment. These candidates are all thoroughly screened and meet the agency s most exacting standards. To work in the permanent division, nannies are required to make a minimum one year commitment, but many stay in their positions for five or more years.The one-on-one individualized attention of an in-home nanny is the preferred arrangement of many working parents.
