Nanny Needs is a service primarily in Central and Northwest Arkansas. Our mission is to help great families connect with our network of professional, screened nannies.

Registration Forms can be completed on our website, nannyneedsar.com. An email response will be sent immediately with more information about who we are and what we do. The Founder and Director, Brittany, can schedule a phone call to talk more in depth about our service and the needs of your family.
We have care available on 2 plans:
1) Regularly Scheduled for 10+ hours per week.
2) Occasional Care for anything less than 10 hours per week.
We keep track of your favorite nannies to try to ensure consistent care for your family!

Our nannies come to your home and are all screened thoroughly before being able to represent our company. Nanny Needs ensures that child care is safe and reliable, and so much more! We have nannies that are full-time and part-time, and some that are available for date-night or occasional days. We even offer postpartum help around the house or to take older siblings to do something fun while Mom stays home to bond with the new baby! Some of our nannies have special skills as well, such as newborn care and experience with special needs children.

Our families become part of our family. We do all that we can to ensure that you find a nanny you love. Payment is made to Nanny Needs with either an automatic ACH draft or a credit card on a weekly basis. We handle the payment with the nannies, including all of their tax documents. It's just another thing we do to make it as easy as possible for you and your family to have the best child care with as little stress as possible!
