The founders of the company are both Los Angeles based nanny's with over 10 years professional experience between them. Throughout their own careers they found themselves always running into similar setbacks when it came to applying for jobs, interviewing with families, and working within their new position. They had no one to turn to when help was needed the most. They decided if they both are experiencing similar problems then other caregivers/families must be as well. From that moment on they began bouncing ideas off each other and working until they created Nanny Matchmaker LA.

It assists both families and caregivers without taking a percentage of the caregivers annual income and without ridiculous fees for the families.
