The Journey Step By Step:

Step 1:

In-home Consultation:

We want to get to know you, the real you, in the most intimate setting, Your Home! We want to learn what's important to you in your next caregiver, what type of things you like to do with the family, and really hone in on your needs. This consultation is no charge and it will help you learn a little more about what we have to offer.

Step 2:

Mixer/Group Interview:

After we have completed a full assessment of your family's needs/wants, we begin searching through our lists of qualified and pre-screened caregivers. Depending upon our agreement, we will place you in a comfortable setting with all the caregivers we have determined would be a nice fit. You will be prepped with personalized interview questions and will get the opportunity to see how each of the caregivers respond/interact in a group setting. You will then have time to discuss and select your favorite/s of the group.

Step 3:

Play Date/Individual Interview:

Once you have chosen your favorite/s of the group mixer, you will then be set up with a play date/trial day. This time you will be able to see the caregivers' interaction with your precious sweet children. We recommend you stay to observe; this is the ideal situation to help you reach your final decision. The location can be in-home or outside of the home, this is pure preference.

Step 4:

Perfect Match:

It has been quite an experience meeting with all of the candidates and learning tons about each caregiver, our process, and well.... even yourselves. Don't worry; we are here every step of the way including the wrap up. We will provide each of you with a personalized nanny agreement.
