We first take the time to get to know your family as well as your needs and preferences. We then dive into our database of prospects (and beyond) to find that perfect individual! We require that our nannies be verified through the TrustLine database per CA law. We will also conduct any further screenings or checks if desired (at an additional cost) such as a motor vehicle report, certification and degree verification, etc...

We can cater the process to your personal preference in any manner. For example, if you would like to do a trial period with a candidate before finalizing a hire, we are more than happy to accommodate that as well as provide a new candidate if that trial is unsuccessful.
