Corporate /Childcare- Organizations are saving millions of dollars sponsoring childcare centers. One of the main findings of the study was that voluntary turnover of center users was nearly one-half that of the voluntary turnover among the total workforces of participating organizations.
Employer-sponsored childcare programs generate a powerful return on investment. By driving down turnover, reducing absenteeism, and increasing productivity on the job, childcare and work/life programs are not only an investment in employees, but also an investment in the success of your company. In fact, after the first year of employment, most employee turnover occurs among the parents of young children. By providing programs that allow those parents to work - and perform to their full capacity - leading employers reduce the recurring costs of recruiting and retaining skilled employees.

Elder Care- We are a professional service company providing families in need of non-medical practical care and companionship for seniors in the comfort of their own home. We are dedicated to the quality of life for seniors and their families, and choose only the most caring, compassionate, non-medical professionals to assist you or your loved one.
In-Home companion elder care is cost-effective alternative care to seniors whose desire is to live independently. Our caregivers assist seniors and other adults with their activities of daily living such as driving to doctor's appointments, grocery shopping and light meal preparation.

Hotel/ Resort Care- Good resort childcare includes developmentally appropriate materials and activities, and nurturing, professionally trained Nannies. Parents are encouraged to share information about their child with the Nanny/babysitter, so that the caregivers are able to get to know the child in a short time. With both infants and toddlers it can be helpful to write down their basic routine and what their preferences are with toys and activities. It's especially important with toddlers to let the Nanny/babysitter know their words for favorite things.
