In-Home Daycare

I would like to offer full-time infant care in my home. I have many years experience as a Licensed Daycare Provider, Preschool Teacher and Nanny, with excellent references from each these fields going back many years.
At the present time I am living with my family ( here with them since 2011 ) and looking for the right location, an apt?..in the general area of Twin Oaks and Borden. I would then begin the licensing process.
Until then I would like to care for children in their homes for an hourly rate of $8.00 pr hour... technically ages 0-18 (realistically 0-10 or so?)
I am a non-smoker, have a very dependable car, personal local references and one local childcare reference so far. Most of my childcare history and long term references are located in the Bay Area, such as Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Mountain View, etc.
I thoroughly enjoy caring for children and feel that it certainly is my life's work. I can't wait to meet new families!
