We are a unique martial arts studio in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, that offers Boxing, Tai Chi, Viet Vo Dao, and Youth Boxing programs. We have more than 30 years experience in the teaching of these arts. Practicing martial arts improves cardiovascular fitness, concentration, and coordination. Our classes are taught with a focus on your personal growth, and are a lot of fun for both kids and adults! We offer a wide range of classes and times to fit your busy schedule. Our programs are fun for all ages- kids and adults alike will grow in physical and mental sharpness, discipline and self confidence. Private and small group training sessions create a personal learning experience.
