I have worked at a Montessori preschool, and my daily practice is based on the independence of children. If you provide the child with all of the correct tools to succeed, allow them the chance to do so on their own in a safe environment. I currently employee one other person to deal solely with infants. I offer special summer rates for school age children, and during the school year. I also offer specials for full-time children.
