My Good Nanny Placement Agency

My business partner and I are looking for anyone who is interested in working with us. We are in the process of opening a nanny placement agency. What we are offering is services to help you and anyone looking for a babysitter, nanny, night nurse, doula, housekeeper, pet sitter, or personal assistant who need employees and vice versa. What we do is find a few candidates that meet what you are looking for, we interview them, check their references (we check up to 5) and then we narrow it down to one or two possible candidates for you. Then, we get back to you with one or two options and you meet with those people. After you have made a decision on which person meets your family s needs, we run a background check through Trustline. The only thing we would need from you is reimbursement for the background check. For child care givers, we also require that they are CPR and First Aid certified or plan on becoming certified within a month of employment. Normally, with an agency, there is a registration fee to sign up and a placement fee once we have found you what you are looking for. We are looking to wave those fees at the moment! Right now, we are just looking to get our names out there and we re looking for people who are satisfied, to write a testimonial or review for us so that we can potentially put those on our website.
