We are three animal trainers who train using Operant Conditioning specifically with focus on positive reinforcement techniques. We are all full members of APDT and adhere to their position statement LIMA (Least Instrusive, Minimally Aversive) approach to behavior modification and training. We offer private lessons, problem solving, group classes, and board & trains at BoneVoyage Pet Resort. We also offer internships and mentoring for the up and coming dog trainers through Animal Behavior College and Catch Canine Academy! We volunteer at the local humane society weekly to get those canine cuties more adoptable. We are involved in a program to train shelter dogs to become service animals for veterans with PTSD, MST, or TBI's at no charge to the veteran. Ongoing classes we offer are: Basic Obedience, Intermediate Obedience, Reactive Rover, Agility for Fun! Leash Walking 101, Leash Walking 201, Bombshell Recall, Doggie Door Dashers, S.T.A.R. Puppy, Community Canine, Urban Canine and other seasonal classes throughout the year. We also offer a telephone consultation service to better serve your needs if making it to a group class or private lesson just doesn't fit into your busy lifestyle. We offer Mutt & Mingle as well as some "Yappy Hours" around the island at different locations upon request! We will teach you to build a positive relationship with your dog through effective communication, and you will be well on your way to being a successful trainer!
