Hello Parents!
My name is Katie Morris and I am a former early childhood teacher. My passion is working with children and I am very excited to open my home to you and your family. I am trained in adult/pediatric first aid and CPR. I have previous experience working in a daycare setting and maintaining classrooms for children of all different ages.
I strongly believe in the importance of music and art in the education of children and will incorporate it daily into the schedule. I am also excited to share my love of nature and the outdoors with your child through outdoor play.
I am happy to provide your child with a morning and afternoon snack, as well as lunch. I ask that you provide milk. I realize that meal time is about more than just eating and I stress the importance of family-style dining.
My doors are open Monday through Friday from the hours of 7am- 5:30pm. I do realize that not everyone works 9 to 5, so I am flexible and will be willing to work with you if a different schedule is needed.
