About
Openings for newborn through 5 years old. I am a licensed teacher with an early elementary and special education degree. I have worked in the school system for five years and in a daycare for 3 years before that. I have years of experience with young children. I have also gained a lot of knowledge and experience with my own son. My daycare is open from 7am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. Daily sheets, wipes and meals are included with rates. My philosophy is that children learn through play. My lesson plans will focus on development of the "whole child". We will work on social, physical, cognitive and problem solving skills. Literacy will be a focus every day. Art and music are also important in letting a child express themselves. My daycare is also about personal attention for each child.
