When children learn in their own way they learn for life. Bright Beginnings Bilingual Program is committed in helping and guiding children to develop positive self-concept, enhance creativity, and enrich their own life socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually. We recognize the importance of Play in a child's life, and we give them the freedom to try new ideas, develop their skills, and form friendships in a safe and supportive environment. To help each child reach their full potential, activities are tailored to their own individual needs and interests, and combine play with cognitive activity. Favorite activities have included planting a garden and watching it grow over time, which not only teaches about the process of nature but also encourages patience and curiosity.

In addition to teaching the basics, like letters, numbers and shapes, we place a lot of emphasis on developing each child's social-emotional skills. As educators, we learn what makes each child happy and what helps each of them to feel comfortable learning and exploring freely. We teach them how to advocate for themselves and how to be a good friend to others. Our goal is to provide each child with the ingredients he or she needs to build a solid base and become a lifelong learner.
