Ms. Courtney's Family Child Care

I provide care in my home, which is nestled on a quiet street in close proximity to the police station, fire house, hospital and schools.

As a mother myself, I know how important it is that your child is left in the best care possible. Here at Ms. Courtney's Family Child Care, you can rest assured that you have made the right choice.

Dedicated to fostering an environment of exploration and learning, your child will not just spend the day at the babysitter. You can expect curriculum-based learning and a variety of activities, including: arts and crafts, circle time, show-and-tell, music time, and free play. There is also a dedicated room where learning and play will occur. Healthy meals will be prepared for your child, as well. Parents can also expect behavior and progress reports.

Ms. Courtney's Family Child Care is making the finishing touches this month and will be ready to accept 2 preschool aged children on June 1st. In the near future, cameras will be installed. Occasional date nights will be offered, also!

Finally, a little bit of background about myself. My name is Courtney Williams and I am a mother of 2 beautiful little girls. I graduated in 2014 with a BA in Psychology but have also taken a number of early childhood education courses through Penn State. In addition to being a mother and one of the oldest of six children, I have had experience working with children while working as an advocate for victims of domestic and sexual abuse. Prior to that, I spent 5 years in the military as a medic. While I am not currently BLS/CPR certified, I have previously been certified and will be working towards that in the next month or so.
