Ms. Amber's Family Child Care

Ms. Amber's Family Childcare provides quality care for young children 6 weeks to 6 years of age. Each child is provided with materials (toys) and activities, which meet his/her developmental needs. The Furniture and other equipment are designed to help children gain independence in motor skills and self-help skills.

My responsibilities as the provider include making sure the children are safe; assisting them when they need help; providing appropriate toys and activities; maintaining a flexible, but predictable routine to each day; providing them with gentle and positive discipline; and, most importantly, giving them loving, nurturing care.

Monthly curriculum is provided to prepare children for preschool/kindergarten. I provide a healthy, safe, and loving home-like environment for all children where they can learn on his/her own pace and through group interactions on a daily basis.

I serve nutritious meals for all children at no extra cost to you. This includes morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack.

I welcome questions, feedback, or discussions of any kind that affect a positive outcome for the child. Your child will be happy to have the experience of the special people in his/her life working together and getting along with each other. This will allow your child to develop a sense of security and will allow us to develop a closer relationship. I am willing to work with you regarding any special needs or situations with your child.
