I tutor students one on one at my business, students do not need to bring any materials-I work for the Forsyth County Schools during the School year. I tutor after-school during the year but hours are by appointment Only during the summer. Every student has their INDIVIDUAL TIME that is set up by the Adult I tutor Math, Reading Comprehension and Spanish. My HOURLY RATE IS $50.00. I DO NOT TUTOR ON WEEKENDS. I do give my own test to find out where to begin working in the Subject Area-Students may be in a Certain Grade but have not mastered the skills taught from the Previous Grade. Every Student does not Have the Same LEARNING STYLE, I use a Large Variety of Materials to Accommodate the Needs of the Students (I also provide homework in the Subject Areas. All of my past and Present students have come from Parents who told their Friends and Colleges about how pleased they were (are) with their childs' progress (in school). I have and presently work with students ages 4years-high school. I also work with students with IEPS and Parents Bring them to me, some of the Parents get so OVERJOYED with their child's' Progress they Send the PROGRESS REPORTS to my phone! I currently work with EXCEPTIONAL students in a Readiness Classroom. I have been in this class for the past 3 years I love the New activities and Learning styles of Each and Every student and I've been pleased to use some of the same teaching skills with students who are not in my school classroom. I am a small business and I ONLY ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS. PAYMENTS ARE EXPECTED AS SERVICES RENDERED. I've worked for the Forsyth County Schools for 12 years-I've worked with Children for 37 YEARS-Daycare-PUBLIC SCHOOL presently working. I'm currently an ASSISTANT Teacher in the classroom. My experiences have been very REWARDING, (I've taught SPANISH-SPEAKING students ENGLISH in group setting in the PUBLIC SCHOOLS as well as one-on-one. I've worked at more than 12 school locations due to Substitute teaching before applying for Permanent Assistant positions (currently working and having a BLAST). I am the mother of 4 wonderful children ages 26, 22(recent college Graduate) 20, and 15 years of age. I've worked with students who have Graduated from High school and of course GONE TO COLLEGE (I ALWAYS ENCOURAGE STUDENTS TO GO TO COLLEGE-SO FAR THEY HAVE LISTENED) I am a SELF-ESTEEM TUTORING as well as Educational Tutor. Most of my PREVIOUS students as well as those who attended my tutoring were (are) on Academic HONOR.
