Mrs. Fischer's Day Care Home is DCFS licensed and located in the suburb of River Forest, where I have had the home childcare since 1995. I have 2 full time teachers with a preschool curriculum and Spanish taught to the children. We have a general theme per week and crafts and projects to emphasize the theme. I also have a wonderful private backyard with lots of play equipment and grassy area. We are outside as much as possible. The children of all ages play together which is a highlight of home day care. They can learn and teach each other.
My hours are 7:30-5:30 Monday through Friday.
My staff and I are CPR/1st Aid certified, study for 15 credit hours of information per year including SIDS, and Food Handler Certificate.
