MSOT is home based family child care inspired by nature and our close relationship to it. I am a certified level one yoga teacher working on my second level specializing in work with children. We start off each day with a yoga exercise, utilize outdoor play and garden tending. We bake once a week allowing children to participate and learn valuable skills.
