Mother's Choice In Home Daycare

I'm a working first time mom, who up to recently had someone to take care of my daughter. I'm now having to look for a daycare that will take care of my child in a clean, caring, safe environment. Unfortunately my luck would have that the first daycare I take her to would result in one of the worst experience of my life. To walk in to see my child crying uncontrollably on the floor while two the daycare workers were standing there talking ignoring my child whose unable to walk. I found her filthy, she smelled horrible, her eyes were swollen from crying I assume all day, as I listened to them tell me about her day it infuriated me to hear that they had let her fall asleep outside, she didn't eat lunch so they didn't force her and only gave her water when she is still taking formula, so hadn't for the remaining part of the day till I picked her up at 5PM . It was so upsetting to hear that my poor daughter had experienced this on her first day of daycare. I understood it would be tough for her first day, but I didn't think they would have so much disregard for my child. I have searched to find something but have been unsuccessful in finding just that someone who truly cares and doesn t see these children as a paycheck. So I've decided to leave my job and take one for the team for all those mothers out there who have been unable to sleep, eat, struggling with decision of where to place your child that will care for them just as you do. I don't have a state of the art facility, but I do offer you the comfort of a home for your child. Where they will be attended by a mother who will play with them, comfort them when their crying, read them a story or two, clean the runny nose. All I ask of you is that you give me the opportunity to give you the peace of mind that they'll be OK with my daughter and I. Thank you!
