Philosophy of my Childcare is for children to
learn:

Learning how to live with others peacefully is an enormous
challenge for all of us. The best time to begin this is from
first year of life. The society is bombarding children with
violence and undermining their development of positive
social skills.
At my childcare environment, everything is built around the
child’s need in a very safe, nurturing, and comfortable
relationship based on their individual needs. This program is
very stimulating in areas of physical development,
intellectual, social interaction, and emotional expression.
Problem solving is the way to teach children to resolve
conflicts by self- control, and be respectful to others, so
this will happen through; ACTIVE LISTENING, NEGOTIATION,
SETTING LIMITS, and AFFIR MATION. Active listening: Let children to express themselves, and
think about their problem.
Negotiation: Helps them listen to each other, and work
together in a conflict situation.
Setting Limits: To stay safe, and not to harm each other.
Affirmation: Children need to know they are important as
well as their words and emotions.
It is essential for children to enjoy their environment (home,
childcare setting, school...).Then they stretch their capacities
